Jelly Nail Art
Watercolor like nail art technique with Jelly / Glass / semi-translucent gel polishes
Level: Beginner and Intermediate
The course is ready for you to watch here on this platform immediately after you complete the payment
Course Description
In this course I will take you on a pleasant journey into the world of translucent gel polishes, often called Glass or Jelly Gel Polishes. Normally they are used for a simple full nail application. I like to use them to paint.
The technique reminds me watercolor effect, since the product is translucent. In my opinion it is even easier than traditional watercolor because it is not affected by temperature or air flow and does not need to be diluted with right amount of water.
I like the design to be more intense, for that reason you will see me using a super pigmented dark gel paint (eggplant color). It allows me to create outlines and depth.
After mastering this easy and fun technique it takes about 5 minutes to create one design on the client. Also it is important to mention, this technique collaborates very well with backgrounds created with chrome powders and flakes.
